Order Processing Most orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend days/holidays will be processed on the following, regular business day. Excluding holidays, orders are processed and shipped on regular business days only (Monday through Friday). Delivery for most orders for items that are in stock take approximately 5 to 7 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse.

Holiday Shipping The cutoff for Christmas orders is Wednesday, December 14th at 2 pm EST. Orders placed by then will ship in time for Christmas delivery per USPS/UPS guidelines and cutoffs. Please note USPS/UPS is experiencing delays and while we will do everything we can to ship orders early, we cannot control transit times.
International Shipping Our standard shipping is applicable to the United States (including AL and HI). Outside of the U.S.: Please email us your contact information and we will provide you with a distributor in your region.  If unavailable in your country, then we will ship directly to you for an additional shipping & handling charge of US $19.95.  All international orders are considered final sale. Please note we are unable to ship nail lacquer overseas. If you place an international order for any of our nail lacquer your order will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sales Tax If your shipment is going to any destination in the U.S. besides New York, sales tax will not be charged to your purchase. By law we are required to charge sales tax on orders being shipped anywhere in New York. We use a flat rate of 8.625% on all applicable orders.
